Buddika is a seasoned banking professional with 20+ years’ experience in the Banking and Finance sector. He has applied his versatile experiences and strong knowledge of financial services & operations for greater challenges, benefits, and rewards, whilst optimizing productivity and utilizing skills in producing excellent financial outcome in meeting overall objectives.
He has a proven track record in carrying out resourceful abilities in a diverse array of functions to include, business performance management, employing team driven process and systems and creating high performance teams. He has a track record of achieving growth in top-line, bottom -line, market share and reputational capital.
In 2021, he was appointed as the Country Head of Tujijenge Financial Services Limited, Tanzania (under LOLC Overseas Operations) where he was responsible for the turning-around of the entity following LOLC acquisition and overall operations. Following his successful footprints in Tanzania, he was appointed as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Fina Trust Microfinance Bank Limited effective from July 1, 2023.
Among qualifications, he holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Business Administration and a Master’s in Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom.

Richard is the Chief Operating Officer of Fina Trust Microfinance Bank, a leading member of the LOLC Group, headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka with a presence in 25 other countries.
Richard is an astute corporate executive with expertise in Execution, Business Transformation, Organizational Strategy, and Leadership with an illustrious career spanning over 17 years in 3 international development financial institutions in Nigeria, including over 8 years as C-suite Executive of a leading National microfinance institution in Nigeria. He has cognate experience in development finance with specialist experience in sales network management, Retail Business Development, portfolio management, credit risk management, digital product design, and deployment.
Before joining Fina Trust, Richard was the Head of Sales and Distribution at Letshego Microfinance Bank, where he was instrumental in transforming the institution and delivering exponential growth. He led and managed customer delivery channels across 14 states in Nigeria. He also worked in various leadership capacities at AB Microfinance Bank, Maple Credit, and First Bank Microfinance Bank Ltd.
He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in chemistry from Benue State University, an MBA in Financial management from Ladoke Akintola University. He is an alumnus of various business schools, the prestigious Lagos Business School (AGMP14) and Senior Management Program (SMP90), Frankfurt School of Business (CECRF-Certified expert in renewable Energy and climate finance), Gordons Institute of Business Science (GIBS) South Africa (Leadership Development Program) and Harvard executive Education (HarvardX)- (Entrepreneurship in emerging economies)
He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, the Chartered Institute of Risk and Loan Management, and a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants. He serves as president of the Lagos Business School SMP 90 class, and a member of the Rotary Club (RC Gbagada) and Lagos Country Club Ikeja.

Racheal Ojuade is a seasoned risk management expert with over 13 years of industry experience in developing and implementing enterprise wide risk frameworks. She has an extensive background in developing and implementing risk strategies in Enterprise, Operational, and Credit Risk Management. Adept at fostering a culture of risk awareness, aligning risk strategies with organizational goals and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and an Alumnus of Ekiti State University.
Racheal built a solid career at Advans Lafayette Microfinance Bank where she held several positions for over 12 years before joining Famous Holdings. Prior to her current role in Finatrust, she was the Group Chief Risk Officer at Famous Holdings.
She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria (CILRM). She is a Microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB) of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

Chandima has expertise in SME, Microfinance and Insurance industries in the lines of Channel development and Management, Credit Risk, Business Development, Product Development, Strategic and Operational Leadership.
Chandima holds a Diploma in Microfinance and Livelihood Development and Credit Management conducted by College of Banking and Finance at Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka. Further, he has completed the Executive Development Programme specially designed intensive programme focused at enhancing business and leadership skills of the executives who aspire for senior leadership positions conducted by the Colombo school of business and management at the CSBM corporate campus in Sri Lanka.
